Managing Partner

Patrick Lynch founded Lynch Consultants, LLC, in February 2011 with the vision to become the premier consulting firm in the Washington, DC area.  His core missions are to 1) develop deep relationships with our Federal and Industry Partners; and 2) attract, develop, and retain our outstanding team members.

Patrick has 20+ years of Federal and Consulting experience.  He has been a key leader building consulting firms, planning and directing mission-critical engagements, and developing high-impact leadership teams. He has established and led consulting engagements across the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of the Navy (DoN), the United States Marine Corps (USMC), Defense Technology Investment Center (DTIC), the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

As the Senior Vice President of Catapult Consultants, Patrick established and developed the DoD and HUD markets. He established the professional relationships with leading government clients, fostered partnerships with critical consulting partners, and brought in foundation-building employees. Patrick was an Assistant Vice President at Bradson Corporation. In this role he established a major market presence within the Marine Corps and at HUD.

Patrick served in the United States Army as an Armor Officer, and in the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) as a Case Officer. He also served internships on Capitol Hill, with the Representative William Clinger (of Clinger-Cohen Act), and Senator John Heinz. He is active in the St. Peters Catholic Church choir, and seeks opportunities to provide career transition and mentorship to service men and women. He received an MBA from the University of Miami (FL), and BA from the Johns Hopkins University.
