SEAPORT-E

Lynch Consultants holds a prime Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) under the U.S. Navy’s SEAPORT Enhanced (Seaport-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management.  The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst the SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders.

Lynch Consultants is a small business for Seaport-E. It is a Veterans Affairs Certified VOSB, and an SBA certified HUBZone company.


Services Provided

Lynch Consultants, LLC is a prime contractor and offers a wide range of professional support services in the areas of program management, information systems / information technology / information assurance, and functional and administrative support that includes logistics, financial management, audit readiness/remediation, and administrative support.

Lynch Consultants, LLC supports numerous clients in the federal marketplace, both Department of Defense and civilian agency organizations. This includes contracts across the Department of the Navy, the United States Marine Corps, and numerous Echelon II Commands. We also provide active support to the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, Defense Agencies, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of State, and Department of Health and Human Services.
