Thomas Hunt is a Partner at Lynch Consultants where he is responsible for providing operational oversight and quality assurance across all service areas. He is a management consultant with more than 22 years of experience supporting Federal and Fortune 500 clients. Thomas specializes in financial management, program management, and business process analysis and improvement. He has helped organizations with complex business environments create, enhance, and present information to identify problem areas, monitor performance, and facilitate managerial oversight and decision making processes.
Prior to joining Lynch Consultants, Thomas served as both a Technical Director and Operational Director at Catapult Consultants. As Technical Director, Thomas worked with project managers and staff to ensure that the technical quality of the consulting products and services provided met contractual requirements and exceeded customer expectations. As Operational Director, Thomas was responsible for service delivery to a $10M portfolio of Financial Management and Program Management engagements serving the United States Marine Corps.
Thomas has also led and supported projects and programs for the Navy, Air Force, Defense Logistics Agency, Food and Drug Administration, and Architect of the Capitol and the Department of Agriculture. He has helped Fortune 500 companies develop and implement benefits and administration information systems.
Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science (Computer-Based Decision Support Systems) from Virginia Tech.
